Rooney Questionable
Injury even more questionable than Rooney .

South Philly Yo (UPI) - Chris Rooney, the owner of the SNMFC's longest consecutive games played streak, announced that he was questionable for Jam Ten: Snakes on Hill and Plain.

A visably upset Rooney held a news conference to disclose a rib injury he had been quiet about for weeks. He claimed to sustain the injury while running drills as a member of the Temple practice squad.

Temple football officals refused to corroborate the story. When reporters went back to Rooney, he admitted he really sustained the injury during an intermural flag football game.

SNMFC.com investigative reporters then revealed that the only Temple graduate football league was a co-ed club, and that Rooney was not a participant. When this evidence was brought to Rooney, he admitted the injuries were sustained in an "unusually rough" game of TV Tag with a local Girl Scout troop.

SNMFC.com later confirmed that it was not a Girl Scout troop, but a Brownie troop.

Rooney hinted his status to SNMFC beat reporters two weeks earlier, during the filming of the JJX trailer in Newtown, CT. He appeared apprehensive on camera and was not able to perform his own stunts. A local vagrant was hired off the streets as a stunt double.

Despite all the misinformation, Rooney wanted everyone to know, "Seriously, I'm really hurt and I may not play". He was then pelted with broken glass and called various creative synonyms for a female reproductive organ.

The SNMFC begins its 12th season with Jiblet Jam Ten: Snakes on Hill and Plain, on November 23 at 9am.
